In 1964 Thomas R. Selbee and his wife Dolores gave life to their passion for meeting the footwear needs of their community when they founded Scioto Shoe Mart. We’re a multifaceted shoe store that has been providing the regions of Ohio and beyond with footwear that has yet to disappoint. The excellence Tom and Dolores began in Portsmouth has spread to central and northern Ohio with the formation of two other Ohio locations in Chillicothe & Marion.
